Betulla Apartment, garden and swimming pool

Apartment located inside The Cherry House residence, with large garden and swimming pool: an oasis of peace where you can spend your holidays surrounded by the green hills of the Moneglia hinterland. About 40 minutes from the beaches and towns such as Sestri Levante and Deiva Marina and about an hour from Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino and the famous villages of the Cinque Terre. Free on site parking and free Wi-Fi. The space Independent studio with private terrace, view of the pool and the surrounding valley, located on the first floor of our building. Inside you will find a cozy living room with a sofa, TV, dining table and French window which gives access to the private terrace of the house, where there are a table and chairs for lunch or dinner outside while enjoying the peace of the garden and the beautiful days or evenings. Inside you will find an American kitchen equipped with everything you may need during your stay: stove with gas burners, small fridge, microwave oven, kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery. Also in the same room there is a comfortable double bed. You will also find an additional single bed, which brings the number of beds in the apartment to 3 in total. Finally, there is a private bathroom complete with toilet and shower. Beyond the patio you can discover a world of relaxation and fun, enjoying the splendid garden that will surround you, taking advantage of the barbecue available to all guests of the apartments, relaxing on the sofas on the outdoor patio or taking a dip in the splendid swimming pool of the residence and then sunbathe on one of our provided sunbeds together with a parasol. The linen is hired from a specialized company and supplied by us for each stay depending on the number of people in the reservation. There is free Wi-Fi connection. It is possible to use the hotel's parking for free. Pets are not allowed. It is possible to use a shared washing machine with the other guests at an extra cost of €3 (detergent included). Guest access The apartment is rented entirely without spaces shared with others. On the other hand, the garden, the barbecue, the outdoor patio and the swimming pool are SHARED SPACES with the guests of the other apartments. We ask you to have respect for nature and a kind behavior towards the other tenants who stay here to feel the peace and quiet that reigns among these hills. Swimming pool operational from mid-May (the opening could be subject to shifts depending on the weather conditions) and can be used from 08.00 to 20.00. Other things to note POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Additional people to those declared; we usually ask 15 euros per night for each additional person. 2) If you require a late check-in, we offer the option of arriving until 10:00 PM for an extra charge of €20, payable upon arrival. HOW TO GET TO THE RESIDENCE : By car, take the A12/E80 motorway to the Sestri Levante exit. From there proceed in the direction of Casarza Ligure/Varese Ligure and continue as far as Carro, for a journey of approximately 21km.
