Cozy light-flooded 2-room apartment in Rotherbaum/Pöseldorf, a trendy, very central neighborhood. Distance to the Outer Alster is a 5-minute walk, to Jungfernstieg is 5 minutes by bus. Close to various restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarket. A lovingly furnished apartment with southwest balcony and views of tree-lined street with old white Hamburg houses. Good for couples, solo and business travelers... people who want to get to know and enjoy Hamburg...! The space An individually furnished, very bright apartment in a prime residential location of Hamburg awaits you. Alster and City are uncomplicated, - bus stop almost right outside the front door - and quickly accessible! A southwest balcony invites you to take a break. You can look out onto a tree-lined street with white Hamburg houses. Restaurant, bar, café, ice cream parlor, bakery... everything can be found here; life pulsates without being intrusive. In the spacious living room, individually furnished with old furniture, you can comfortably relax, eat, work after a city stroll, sightseeing or a day of work... The bedroom has a 1.80 m × 2.00 m double bed with two mattresses and ample closet space. A sleeping option (comfort air mattress) in the living room can be provided upon request. Coffee and tea are available in the well-equipped kitchen. In the small, friendly, interior bathroom with shower tub, the basic equipment of shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste etc. can be shared. I am happy when guests feel comfortable in my apartment, which is mainly used by myself and is lovingly furnished with personal things. An ideal location for couples, solo travelers, business travelers,....people who want to get to know Hamburg and enjoy it again. Guest access The apartment is very well accessible by public transport for rail or air travelers. Motorists who have to park their car have been dependent on parking meters since fall 2020. Unfortunately, the City of Hamburg has set up extensive resident parking zones and thus exacerbated the parking situation. In the entire extended neighborhood, only very expensive paid parking spaces are available on the streets, which are very limited in time. (3 hours/€9) If you are still traveling by car, please contact me so that I can issue you a VISITOR PARKING CARD (license plate), which currently costs €3.00/day. Other things to note We are happy to arrange check-in and check-out times individually! Since we live in the immediate vicinity, check-in/check-out is also possible 24 hours a day.
