Birbamergut with a view of the Schlern

Welcome! Just below the picturesque village of Lengstein lies the Birbamergut and invites you to relax, rest and linger. You will stay right on the Chestnut Trail and can even reach the nearest Törggelestube in about 10 minutes on foot. The property is in the countryside and yet not far from South Tyrol's cities, hiking trails, ski resorts and climbing regions. We look forward to welcoming you to our apartment in Lengstein! The space The apartment offers a cozy home for your South Tyrol vacation. It is located at 800 meters above sea level, approx. 200 meters below the village of Lengstein. When building our house, the construction with natural materials was very important to us. Up to 6 people can enjoy their vacation on a total of 100 square meters. There are three lovingly furnished bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and bidet, a cozy living room with large couch and satellite TV as well as a large kitchen with oven, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Toddler equipment available (highchair and crib); Internet access can be used free of charge. The rooms offer views of the Schlern or the Schwarz and Weißhorn. Seating is available not only in the apartment and on two balconies, but also on the lawn in front of the house. Linens, towels, a washing machine and a hairdryer are at your disposal. There are also board games, books and information brochures in the apartment. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2019 and is located on the second floor of our house. Other things to note The local tax is added to the specified price, which is €1.55 per day per person (from 14 years) and is paid in cash. The revenues from the local tax are used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sporting events.
