Birbamergut with a view of the Schlern

A warm welcome! Just below the picturesque village of Lengstein lies the Birbamergut, inviting you to relax, unwind, and enjoy your stay. You are located directly on the Chestnut Trail, and in about a 10-minute walk you can even reach the nearest traditional “Törggelestube.” The accommodation is set in the countryside, yet still close to South Tyrol’s towns, hiking trails, ski areas, and climbing regions. We would be delighted to welcome you to our holiday apartment in Lengstein! The space The holiday apartment, completely renovated in 2020, offers a cozy home base for your South Tyrol vacation. It is located at 800 meters above sea level, about 200 meters in elevation below the village of Lengstein. When building our home, it was very important to us to use natural materials. Up to six guests can enjoy their stay on a total of 100 square meters. The apartment features three lovingly furnished bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and bidet, a comfortable living room with a large sofa and satellite TV, as well as a large kitchen with oven, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Equipment for small children is available (high chair and cot); internet access can be used free of charge. The rooms offer views of the Schlern mountain as well as the Schwarz- and Weißhorn. Seating is available not only inside the apartment and on two balconies, but also on the lawn in front of the house. Bed linen, towels, a washing machine and a hairdryer are provided. In addition, board games, books and information brochures are available in the apartment. Other things to note In addition to the stated and paid price, the local tourist tax is charged. It amounts to €2.50 per day and per person (from 14 years of age) and is payable in cash. The revenue from the tourist tax is used for the development and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sporting events. The holiday apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached via stairs; there is no elevator to the apartment. Access to the holiday apartment is fully paved, but from Lengstein (the last 5 minutes) it is a single-lane road with many passing places.
