The living room with wooden beams on the high ceiling is very spacious and has a fireplace in addition to air conditioning. It is an open space that connects to the dining room with a stone wall and a corner for games or work. The large kitchen is fully equipped: oven, stove, microwave, DeltaQ machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer of 2m each; prepared for cooking among friends and family. It gives direct access to the barbecue and a pergola covered with vines and virgin vineyard that shade a table, perfect for outdoor dining. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Surrounding the house is a well-kept natural garden, a wonderful saltwater pool overlooking the mountains, several lounge areas with comfortable sofas and cushions in the shade of the porches and pergolas for reading, chatting, listening to music or resting. For those who like action, especially children, there are plenty of options – tennis, soccer, basketball, foosball, ping-pong and even bicycles. The surrounding countryside is characterized by imposing holm oaks, cork oaks, olive trees and sporadic ancient stones, which attract our gaze and take us either to the golden pasture or to the undulating mountains. An avenue of olive trees and Italian cypresses leads us to the remaining 14ha of land, where you can stroll and perhaps come across the wild horses that graze there freely.
