Nestled adjacent to the owner’s home, these properties have access to over an acre of landscaped garden, once used as an orchard and are ideally suited to young families, plus they have the use of a large hot tub all year round. Both properties have been lovingly decorated and furnished. Little Borough is a cosy self-contained shepherd’s hut with an open plan layout and outside seating. Cider Press Cottage has been renovated in 2019, full of character and charm keeping the original stone floors and is the perfect couples retreat. Borough Farm House is located a short drive from HMS Raleigh, Antony Estate, home to a National Trust Park and Torpoint. Torpoint has a range of shops, bars and restaurants, plus access to Plymouth via the Torpoint ferry. Portwrinkle, 4½ miles away, is home to a lovely beach and golf course. The local pub is a short drive away in Antony. Beach 4½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles. These properties can be booied together to accommodate up to 4 guests.
