Double room in Swansea, close to uni, M4 & centre

Lovely double bedroom in a clean, friendly house close to the city centre. Free parking. Access to shared bathroom, kitchen, living area and garden. Lockable doors in the bedroom and bathroom for your privacy. Pet friendly :) Only 5 mins from J47 of M4 and a short walk to main bus route that gets you into the city centre/bus/train stations. Easy access to the Gower, beaches, universities, hospitals and city venues. The space Cosy double bedroom with a next door bathroom. I have a kitchen big enough to cook in and plenty of spices etc that you’re welcome to use. Help yourself to tea, coffee and condiments! Guest access Feel free to use the kitchen or dining area to make yourself feel comfortable. I also have a large garden with furniture if you want to have outdoor space. With covid being a worry, I am happy for you to stay as separate as possible and you can contact me via text or phone call if you prefer. There is also an option for self check in. During your stay I am happy to chat with you and answer any questions you may have or give recommendations for places to visit, eat or drink. However, if you want your own space I will be happy to respect that. I am normally at home during the week and am sometimes away on weekends so you may be lucky enough to have the house to yourself! Whether I am there or not you can always get me on the phone. Other things to note You will have a set of keys and can come and go as you please. I do not have rules on times and staying in your room so as long as we know who is showering first there won’t be a problem :)
