Vale Farm Cottages cater from 2- 10 guests, all cottages feature original oak beams in all the rooms and have spacious living rooms with views of Pan-y-Fan and the Black mountains. Based on a 740 acre farm, it is a great location to meet up with family and friends, large enough to cater for groups and business trips and with the added bonus of having The Coppice function room with kitchen area on-site for conferences and group meetings. The shared indoor, heated pool and hot tub for relaxation. The space From the courtyard, an external staircase takes you up to the large three-bed Vale Oak cottage. There is open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with exposed beams, three sofas and wood-burning stove and a large dining table and sun room with stunning mountain views. This cottage is ideal cottage for meeting up if staying with family and friends in the other cottages. Vale Oak has a good-sized entrance hall for hanging coats and kicking off shoes. There is also a handy separate toilet. A wonderful cottage for a large family. The large Master bedroom has a double and single bed and has exposed beams and an en-suite shower room. There are two further bedrooms, one double and one zip and link king-size that can be a twin, and a family bathroom. Situated on the edge of the Brecon Beacons amongst beautiful countryside on a traditional working farm which is close to Brecon, Builth Wells, Hay on Wye, Crickhowell and Abergavenny. Vale Oak (sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms) Bedroom 1: 1 double bed and single bed, door to Ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin, heated towel rail and toilet Bedroom 2: king size zip & link bed that can be split into a twin. Guest access The cottage is 1 of 7 cottages making up Vale Farm Cottages, the cottage is your own private space with your own front door. Shared areas include laundry area, indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Play area and car park with disabled spaces. Other things to note We welcome dogs free of charge maximum of 3 dogs in Oak. All dogs must remain on leads at all times as we are a fully working farm with livestock. We kindly ask dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture. A dog welcome pack is provided with water bowl, spare poo bags, towel and treats (please leave bowl, towel, treat jar and poo bags for next guests). Please note that Oak is above the swimming pool.
