Villa Alba - Sauna & Relaxation

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches. The space - Pets are welcome but please inform us of their presence. - The accommodation is located on the first floor (120sqm) and consists of a large living room, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with hydromassage tub, bathroom with hydromassage shower, sauna room. - On request it is possible to arrange an additional room with other beds. - The house is equipped with independent gas heating, also the kitchen and living room are equipped with wood stoves with open fire, available to guests (wood included). - The Finnish type sauna (not infrared) is inside the apartment and is for the exclusive use of guests. It can accommodate 3 people seated or one person lying down. - One of the bathrooms has a shower with hydromassage jets and "waterfall". - A barbecue is available to guests (complete with charcoal). - Detailed hiking maps are available for Valle Antrona and Val Grande Guest access Cars can be parked in the garage, in the private courtyard. Additional parking spaces are also available on the roadside. Other things to note - Upon request and subject to availability, early check-ins, late check-outs or stays for shorter periods than indicated can be arranged. - In the winter season it is necessary to notify at least half a day in advance in order to turn on the heating in time and make you find a comfortable temperature. - There is a basic rate which includes the use of 1 room for 2 people and 1 bathroom. With bookings from three people, with a small supplement (calculated automatically), the second bedroom and the second bathroom will be made available. - On request we can arrange a third bedroom with another 4 beds (8 in total) and possibly a third bathroom.
