Our accommodation is approx. 100 m2 with garden and parking space, it is close to public transportation. This place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). -We can make it easier for you to travel throughout Lausanne and its surroundings, including the EPFL University campus, for free with a mobilis card, which gives you free access to the bus, train and metro, please let us know the day before so we can prepare it for you. The space The apartment is about 100 m2 with garden in a quiet area, 4 minutes' walk from shops and train. We do not offer breakfast Guest access The whole apartment and private garden Other things to note For a long stay of 5 days or more, the garbage cans must be taken out to the containers by the roadside, the white garbage bags are mandatory in the municipality, to be obtained in any store at the checkout. Don't forget to sort each bag costs 1.- and 200.- fine if you put your garbage in the wrong bags. WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM OUR CUSTOMERS THAT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATIONS, WE ARE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A COPY OF EACH TRAVELER'S IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT. PLEASE SEND IT TO US VIA THE APP OR BY PHONE.
