I would like to welcome you to my cozy house, modernly decorated and fully equipped, close to the sea, at walking distance from beaches (100 m), 50 m from water park /spa center, bus stop. Green and silent private street. Enjoy :) The space The house is situated a walking distance from the beach (100m), 20 min walk (5min with the car) from center of Koper. It is an open space house in ground floor: kitchen with living room and fireplace and bathroom, in the upper floor there in an open space with two beds, one king size and one single. In the living room in a king size sofa bed. Outside in the garden is a barbecue place. On the property there are two houses and the garden is shared. In the front of the house there is a FREE PARKING place. Other things to note Tourist tax is not included in the price. - 2 eur/person/day - children 7-18 years: 50% discount; (1 eur/person/day) - children under 7 years: free (0 eur/person/day)
