Private room with bathroom in the apartments of the eighteenth-century historic building in Caivano. Caivano is located halfway between Naples and Caserta and is ideal for those who love to experience the atmosphere of the past. The yellow room is ideal for those traveling alone or as a couple. Free parking is available inside the building. The space Welcome to Palazzo Capece. The historic residence was built by Carlo Andrea Capece around 1760 and today still belongs to the family. The room where you will stay is on the main floor (first floor) and is accessible through an antique staircase. (There is no elevator but there is a freight elevator for heavier suitcases) The apartment in which the room is located is finely furnished and has a double bed, a writing desk, a coffee table with chairs and a bathroom for exclusive use. You can use the wifi in the living room and on the terrace. In the morning, you can relax and have breakfast in the living room or on our lovely terrace or in the bar area on the ground floor. As soon as you arrive, together with the owners, you will be welcomed by 3 very sweet dogs (Giorgio, Bacco and Lilly) who are part of the Capece family. Bacco and Giorgio are very sociable, but Lilly likes to bark. On the ground floor, you will find a large courtyard full of greenery where you can park your car. Parking is free. Behind the courtyard, there is a small garden where you can sit and relax. ------ The Capece family members also live in the apartment, and you can meet them during the day and have a chat with them. With a family member, you can also take a tour of the museums located on the ground floor, where you will see all the ancient objects that have been found in the building. ------ To get around the surrounding areas, you can use the vehicles, rent a car or request a private driver who takes you to the most characteristic places. ----- Where to eat: near the house you will find a pizzeria, rotisserie and hamburger shop; ------ Things to know when booking: - in the building you can meet the little dogs - The room overlooks a main road and therefore there may be very slight noise. - The kitchen is for the exclusive use of the family, so it is not possible to use it. - Visits can only be received on the ground floor, the apartments are not accessible to other people. ------- How to get to Palazzo Capece: - by car (just check the address on the reservation - you have free parking inside the building) - by fast train (Italo Treno or Trenitalia) the best stop is Naples-Afragola; - by slow train - the stops are: Naples central or Caserta and you can reach Palazzo Capece by bus C1N or C2R If you arrive at the airport (Capodichino), you can take a taxi or a private car to reach the destination. - If you need to get around the area, you can rent a car or take a private car with a driver.
