You will appreciate the quiet but not isolated environment in a typical medium mountain village, the large rooms and warm layout. ** ACTIVITIES ** (non-exhaustive list) - easy access to skiing, sled dog, bobsleigh, skating, swimming pool: about 20 minutes drive - hiking, short rides, cycling: direct from the chalet and close to Alp passes (l'Iseran, Cormet de Roseland, Petit St Bernard, etc) - hiking in the Vanoise National Park - leisure area: 10 minutes drive - shops & restaurants: 2 minutes drive ** OUTDOOR AREAS ** - Large terrace with level access open on enclosed garden with an hot tube for your private use (6 seats/heated at 38°C anytime/fully emptied and cleaned between each stay) - it will offer you a well-deserved relaxation break after a long day skiing! - In summer: charcoal barbecue, set of garden furniture, deck chairs, trampoline - Large balcony with nice view at the mountains ** DETAILS** - Vast and fully equipped kitchen with a large center island – opened on a lovely living-dining room with a wood burning stove. Level access to the terrace, garden and balcony. Dining which seats up to 10 persons. - Raclette & fondue sets, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, microwave, 2 coffee machines (Dolce Gusto Nescafé and a filter coffee), blender, toaster, mixer, kettle, etc. - Washing machine and drier. Iron and ironing board. - 5 bedrooms (one is in suite with TV) + 1 atypical sleeping loft (not recommended for young children – secured access). 3 queen size beds 160x200cm, 2 double beds 140x190cm, two simple beds 90x200cm. - 2 bathrooms: one with bath tub and large italian shower and one in suite with bath tub. Hair drier. There is a secondary accomodation on the ground floor (parking side). Only the parking is shared.
