The space In the space reserved for a studio apartment, we managed to create an apartment divided into two rooms, welcoming and equipped with all comforts and amenities, to accommodate up to 4 people. The furnishings are all new and carefully chosen, paying close attention to detail, without neglecting comfort and with the aim of pampering our guests. The studio's strong point is undoubtedly its comfort. The living area consists of the kitchen and the small living room with a table. There are four induction cooktops and the kitchen is equipped with enough pots and dishes to prepare delicious dishes. The refrigerator is large and the microwave also has a grill function. Guests will have a kettle, a coffee machine with coffee offered by us. In the living area, there is also a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed if necessary. From every perspective of the studio, you can comfortably watch the 24-inch television. In the sleeping area, separated by a wall equipped with very comfortable hangers, there is the double bed, the wardrobe and the chest of drawers on whose lower part you can store your shoes. The bathroom has a large shower, hairdryer, bath towels, hand towels, soap and body wash. The balcony offers spectacular views of the city's historic center. Guest access The apartment is located on the seventh floor in a residence of only one and two-room apartments. The building is from the 1970s and is in excellent condition. Guests will have 2 elevators and concierge service at the entrance of the condominium.
