Chalet into the Dolomites

Recently renovated two-story apartment for 4 people and one small pet, subject to prior agreement with the host, in the quiet village of Zortea, not far from Fiera di Primiero and San Martino di Castrozza. The space The apartment is located in Zortea, in the hamlet of Canal San Bovo, which is part of the charming and peaceful Vanoi Valley, adjacent to the renowned Fiera di Primiero, the village of Mezzano (which has been one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy" since 2010), and the ski slopes of San Martino di Castrozza. The apartment is spread over two levels. Upstairs, there is an open-plan living area with large windows overlooking the Vanoi Valley, complete with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction hob, and dishwasher, as well as a relaxation area with a comfortable, spacious sofa and a 42" TV. On the lower floor, there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The property provides sheets, a duvet, towels and placemats. Kitchen linens are not included. The tap water is drinkable and very good. The apartment has radiator heating that ensures comfort in all seasons. In front of the house, a private garden and convenient parking 20 meters away. Convenience store 40 meters away. Pets: The apartment is open to our animal friends, but we only accept small pets and no more than one per booking. Reservations that include the pet have an additional cost of €40 on the total reservation. For special needs, please let us know in advance via message to find a possible solution together :-) Winter activities: 27 km away is the renowned ski resort of San Martino di Castrozza – Passo Rolle, part of the Dolomiti ski area with 60 km of ski slopes. 25 km away are the Lagorai - Passo Brocon, with its 15 slopes (10 km) and 2 snowparks offers the possibility of skiing in a beautiful area with very competitive prices. 6 km away is the 8 km track near Lake Calaita that enjoys an unparalleled view of the Cimon della Pala with various rings that run on flat meadows or on modest slopes. Access to the track is unrestricted and free. Ice rink in the hamlet of Transacqua, 15 km away. The other valleys of the Dolomites (Fiemme, Fassa, Gardena, AltaBadia...) can be reached in 60 minutes by car. The cities of Venice, Padua and Bolzano can be reached in 2 hours, the city of Trento in 1 hour and a half. Guest access The Tabià consists of 2 apartments with shared access.
