Let yourself be seduced by our charming, quiet and friendly cottage on the ground floor of an old mill with an outdoor space, so that your vacation is ideal! 9 km from the coast, near the beaches of Erquy, Pléneuf-Val-André and Sables-d'Or-les-Pins, Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte… in a small, very quiet village. The space In this gite on the ground floor, you will find: Beds made on arrival, towels in the shower room, tea towels and basic products in the kitchen (salt, pepper, tea...) As for the outdoors, you will find at your disposal an umbrella, table, chairs, barbecue... The gite consists of: - An entrance - A separate living room, TV, sofa, armchair, DVD, board games, books. - A large bedroom with a double bed (160 X 200), dresser, blackout blind and a travel cot for children (on request). - A bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. - Separate toilet. - A bedroom with two twin beds and a wardrobe. - Equipped kitchen: electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer part and induction cooktop, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes... No WIFI to disconnect!! But smartphones capture 4G very well. The cleaning fee is dedicated to the maintenance of the bedding and maintenance of the garden.
