This is a small private room with it's own bathroom. It has its own entrance. It also has its own fridge, microwave and kettle. It looks out on the garden. Would suit someone that needs a cosy spot. It is close driving distance to hospitals, shops, beach and wine farms. The space The room is small but is self contained and has everything you need. It has its own entrance. It is located in the southern suburbs so is safe but with easy access to the beaches such as Muzimberg, Kalk Bay etc and is also close to the Constantia wine route. It is also very close to Constantiaburg hospital and the new Melomed hospital. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the pool. Other things to note We have a 6 month old boisterous puppy so would recommend people who are comfortable with dogs.
