Fully renovated barn for 2 people, equipped kitchen, TV lounge area. Upstairs bathroom, toilet and bedroom. Garden terrace with barbecue, table and chairs. The Vendée River 100 m from the accommodation, will allow you to fully enjoy its pedestrian/bike path or fishing. We offer homemade breakfast on request as well as meals in jars. Respect the accommodation and the quiet place. Options are to be paid on-site in cash or credit card. - We live on site with our dog, respect the peace and quiet of the place, no music. - Notify us of your arrival time (from 5pm to 8pm), checkout until 11am. On the banks of the Vendée River (100 m), there are many activities (canoe/kayak not provided, hiking, biking, fishing...) close to all amenities (shops 5 min, Fontenay-le-Comte 10 min, La Rochelle 30 min, Poitevin marsh 15 min, beaches 45 min, Puy du Fou 1 hr, Les Sables-d'Olonne 1 hr...). Guest access Accommodation to be left clean upon checkout. Bed and bath linens provided and installed on arrival. Raclette and barbecue service available. pets not allowed. children from 8 years old. Other things to note Cleaning fees are not applied to the reservation. During the exit inventory, a contribution of €40 may be requested on site, for any cleaning not carried out.
