A studio apartment (37.6 sqm) in the geographical center of the city, Leninskaya metro station is a 10-15 min walk. The house was rented out in October 2017 - clean, bright, cozy. All necessary accessories are in the apartment. Next to the house (3 minutes walk) there is an Okay hypermarket (from 08.00 to 23.00) and a Carousel. I live in the apartment myself, I rent it out for holidays and in summer. Guests will have full access to coffee, tea, and dishes. The house is on the bank of the Oka River, in summer it is a great place to walk along the river.
