The house is pet friendly and accessible, perfect for families, groups, couples, and solo travellers. The house has 4 bathrooms, 4bedrooms, kitchen, living room, fenced garden with bbq, solarium terrace, yoga corner. Close to free Parking lots, ATMs and supermarkets. The space The house is located in a quiet yet super central area of Marostica. As you walk through the private entrance, you will find a big garden with an olive tree and an aromatic garden that can be used by the guests to cook with herbs. In summertime it is possible to eat outside and enjoy the view of the iconic Upper castle. In the living room you can find a fireplace and a smart tv. The other tv is in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a second door that leads you to the big terrace My house is a quiet place that can suit everyone: single people, couples, families and groups. Pets are welcome (the garden is fenced and the house has a private entrance). High-speed Wi-fi and smart TV are provided. Kitchen is set up with dishwasher, a big sink, a stove, an oven, a fridge and all the kitchen-essentials. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided. On the groundfloor there’s a bedroom + bathroom that can be used by people with restricted mobility. Until the end of 2024 nearby castle tower will be affected by restoration works. The east-side view of the house will look slightly different Guest access The house is entirely at your disposal. A big, free parking outside the LTZ (limited traffic zone) is 3 minutes walking away from the house Other things to note All guests will be asked to show ID or passport. Air conditioning provided in 3 bedrooms and in the livingroom. One bedroom has no AC, but has a fan and it is located in the ground floor, in the cooler area of the house. Leave windows open for at least 5 mins after a bath or after cooking Smoking is allowed just in the external areas. Please open/close all doors with care. What if you break something? Even if we take care of the house it may happen to break something.
