It includes 1 bedroom, 1 mezzanine with a 140x190 mattress open to the living room, shower room, living room/kitchen, private parking, ski room Optional: Linens, towels and exit cleaning The space The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and includes: - a bright living room with a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, - a cozy bedroom with 140 x 190 cm double bed, - an open mezzanine with a 140x190 bed, - a modern bathroom, - a large terrace facing nature, - a covered carport and a private parking space. The accommodation is well-equipped, with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, new appliances, typical decor and a cozy atmosphere. Optional and extra: sheets, towels, and exit cleaning Guest access Guests have independent access, a private carport, a reserved parking space, and a secure ski locker. Upon reservation, we provide snowshoes, and a children's sled is available free of charge. Other things to note 🐾 Pets are allowed on request, with an additional €15/night/animal to be paid on site in cash. 🗻 La Féclaz is a dynamic family resort: Nordic skiing, alpine, hiking, mountain biking, wellness and local gastronomy await you close to the cottage. ⚡ An EV charger is available at the entrance to the station 800 m away, in close proximity with the Chargemap app or others. 🛏 Optional sheets €15/bed, €8/person for towels (1 large, 1 small) to be paid on site
