La Selva, room with bathroom in a villa in the countryside

The villa is located in the green countryside of Brianza, in a very quiet area, without the noise of cars. You will find a double room that opens directly onto the garden and the terrace, which is equipped with a table and chairs, and a private bathroom for your exclusive use, which can be accessed by crossing a small area of our living room. We respect your privacy to the utmost during the handover. From this year, it is possible to RENT BIKES and receive a great WELLNESS MASSAGE from me at a price reserved for guests. The space The house in which I also live with my family is very bright, with its numerous French doors that open directly onto the garden. It is far from the traffic, in a quiet area full of greenery. It is nicely furnished, full of many objects brought back from my travels. Guest access Guests have free access to the garden (which is shared) which is accessed directly from the bedroom. The bathroom is for the exclusive use of the guest, and is accessed from the living room. The room is equipped with a microwave, a small refrigerator, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. You will find free fresh water, various snacks, tea and herbal tea bags, coffee capsules, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and salt. Guests can use the washing machine in the property for stays of at least 3 days. The use of the kitchenette is not provided. For long stays, there is a change of sheets and towels and cleaning of the bathroom on the eighth day (the cost is 12 euros for the service and must be paid on site). Pets are welcome, I only ask for a surcharge of €5 for the entire stay. IMPORTANT: From this year, you can rent two bicycles and receive a great WELLNESS MASSAGE directly from me. If possible, I also suggest a shuttle service to and from the station at a cost of 10 euros. During your stay I will try to make my guests feel at home, and I will do everything to make their stay unique and pleasant. 👍 Since I work, it is essential to let me know your arrival time at least one day in advance. Other things to note As a courtesy to my guests, I offer a tasty and healthy breakfast once per stay, upon request and subject to my commitments (it may not always be possible because I work).
