The many delights of the Northern Lake District (Ullswater, Borrowdale and Keswick) are a short drive away making this a great place to start your adventures. The space We offer private space for visiting families or friends where you have sole use of the house with a well equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge, 6 bedrooms (master ensuite) with a family bathroom and separate walk- in shower room/WC. Bedrooms are 1 UK king size bed with en suite/ 1 UK king size bedroom/ 1 twin bedroom / 1 double bedroom with WC and handbasin/ 2 x single bedrooms. There is an enclosed patio/courtyard on one side, facing south-east. The west facing garden is grassed and looks out over the River Petteril and there is also a large paved area and seating making this an ideal spot for evening drinks, a barbeque or cooking with the outdoor pizza oven. Guest access You have sole access to the property and its grounds. Access is via a keysafe. You and your guests will be able to spend your time here undisturbed. You have your own parking space for up to 5 cars. Other things to note Petteril House is split level with various double steps ( as well as the stairs) both upstairs and downstairs. Wheelchair access to the property would be difficult. There is a good mobile 'phone signal if you use O2 . Otherwise you will need to use wifi signal , which is superfast. There is a 50" smart TV in the lounge with sound bar and great HD picture. There are 2 other TVs as well.
