A cottage style end of terrace property, a little out of the city but with good bus routes - travel time 30-45 minutes to city centre - the area is semi-rural NB: I have agreed to Airbnb requirements to ensure a COVID safe environment for all guests; check website for more info - Due to Covid pandemic I cannot normally accept guests who need to quarantine/self isolate as I offer 2 rooms and have shared spaces with other guests - Airbnb asked me to switch off instant book to keep guests safe The space Small cul-de-sac location with plenty of parking Only 6 miles to the city centre whilst being a semi-rural location There is traffic noise (due to proximity of the motorway), particularly when windows are open in warm weather There is a second room that can also be rented (as a separate booking) enabling a group of up to 5 people to stay NB: Third party bookings are not allowed under Airbnb terms and conditions Guest access Guests may use my good sized garden, the shared bathroom and downstairs toilet - also the good sized dining area for breakfast including a small fridge for use by guests Access to kitchen facilities can be made available During your stay I live on the premises and when out am available via mobile phone at most reasonable times Other things to note For cat lovers my large friendly black cat is a bonus Due to the rural location the property uses a biological cesspit system - it is therefore essential that only toilet paper is flushed down the toilet - anything else at best will cause a blockage and potentially break the pump - this will mean an expensive repair together with significant inconvenience to all users of the system (3 other properties are linked)
