The space The Upper deck is a newly converted and furnished upper floor of a new oak open plan barn (40ft x 14ft). It has a separate toilet and a separate shower room with hand basins in both. We provide professionally laundered linen, fresh towels and beach towels. Also, for your use tennis rackets and balls for the tennis court which you may use anytime. As well as the stunning and extensive gardens. The extra comfortable bed is a superking. We also accept dogs at a surcharge of £30. We ask that they are kept on a lead around the main house and kept off the furniture. There are gardens and surrounding fields and beaches to walk them on. Guest access *wifi *tv *kitchen with oven, electric hob, microwave, nespresso coffee machine. *Use of hosts washing machine * Use of tennis court in gardens. Rackets and balls can be provided. * Use of 30 acres of garden/woodland paddocks. * private enclosed outside sitting area with BBQ, sun loungers and outside furniture. * Parking Other things to note We do accept dogs at a surcharge of £30 to be left in the envelope on the wooden chest. The access to the property has steep steps. The owners of the main house and cottage have their own dogs. The gardens have beautiful ponds. These are dangerous for young children. Children must be supervised in the garden.
