A wonderful ground floor apartment, sleeps 4, with large terrace and steps down to a beautiful sandy beach. This really is the closest you can stay to the sea! The flat has all you need for a seaside holiday-we use it for our own family holidays. We also let 10 Redcliffe, next door, which shares terrace. Caswell Bay is a stunning, sandy beach where you probably won't want to leave, but if you do it's close to all the attractions Gower has to offer. People who stay here return every year! The space The apartment is lovely and light and airy with patio doors opening onto a large terrace with outdoor furniture for you to enjoy the sunshine. The flat is very well equipped: wifi, TV/DVD, microwave, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer, board games etc. The bedroom is suitable for 2 people (adults or children). There is a very comfortable double sofabed in the main room - you can wake up, draw the curtains back and have a view of the sea. Bathroom with shower. The terrace is fantastic - if the weather is nice, meals can be eaten outside (a table and chairs are provided) and there are two reclining chairs and a sun umbrella. We also let number 10, Redcliffe (sleeps 4) - which is next door. There's no connecting door inside but they each have access onto the terrace so it works brilliantly to hire both apartments if you are friends / two families / one family plus grandparents etc. We often join the outdoor furniture together to make one big table. From the terrace, you walk down a few steps and across the lawn or car park to the steps to the beach (30 seconds from apartment to sand!) When the weather isn't great, the apartment is comfortable and there are plenty of boardgames, DVD's etc to entertain the family. Although you'll probably just want to look at the view which is ever-changing with the tides. Guest access There is a shared lawn in front of the apartment which can be used by guests in the other flats. It is great for games, sunbathing etc. Parking is free, in the apartments' private car park, moments from the apartment (but there are steps up to the apartment, so not suitable for wheelchair users). Other things to note We have a cleaner to clean the apartment after you have left. We provide bedding (pillows and duvets) but ask you to provide your own linen and towels please. We do provide: a tea towel, washing up liquid, loo roll, teabags, coffee, sugar.
