Les Gîtes du Val de Chambord – "Le pressoir"

Between Loire and Sologne, our charming cottage is located in the countryside 200 m from Chambord Park, on the castle bike route, and 10 km from Blois and Cheverny. Our "Le Pressoir" gîte is one of 3 gîtes in the "Val de Chambord" farmhouse, an 18th century former winegrowing farm. Located in the middle of the farmhouse, this semi-detached house is an old barn of 125 m² recently renovated by an architect combining authenticity, comfort, modernity and can accommodate up to 8 people. The space The cottage is located in an exotic and relaxing, country environment, with direct views of the Parc de Chambord and the estate's surrounding wall. From the common parking lot to the "Le Chai" and "Le Pressoir" cottages where you can easily park your vehicle, you access a private courtyard with secure bike storage, outdoor table and barbecue allowing you to enter the cottage. The house consists of a large 50 m2 living room on the ground floor with a living room, dining room and equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer section, coffee maker, Tassimo, kettle) and toilet. The living-dining room opens onto a large south-facing terrace overlooking a 150 m2 garden. It is equipped with two sofas, a flat-screen TV, a large family table. On the 1st floor, there is a mezzanine with a sleeping area (a 140 bed for 2 people) which serves, by a walkway above the living room, the 3 bedrooms each with a 160 bed, one with 2 80 beds that can be joined, 2 walk-in shower rooms, 1 separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine. Free internet access in the cottage. Minimum stay: 2 nights on weekends/3 nights on weekdays and during school period/7 nights in July and August from Saturday to Saturday OPTIONAL, bed linen rental (€10/bed) Towel rental (€3/person). COVID-19 INFORMATION: Cleanliness is usually one of our top concerns. As part of COVID-19, we will redouble our efforts and special attention will be paid to the hygiene of our accommodations.
