The apartment is 31 m² + 1 mezzanine 16 m² + 1 xxl balcony facing south🌞. ❄️ In winter: ski-in/ski-out, no need for a car. 🌿 In summer: hiking, mountain biking. 🛏Ideal for 4 people (5 beds possible) with 1 bedroom double bed and 3 single beds, 2 TVs🖥 and everything you need for baby👶 (baby bed, highchair and folding stroller). The space The car stays in the parking lot, where space 33 is dedicated to you, the rest is done on foot👣. In front of the apartment are the ski lifts🚠, the ESF❄, Sport 2000, a creperie🥞, a bar🍻, the toboggan run, 1 skating rink⛸ lower, etc... the lifts are accessible in winter☃ for skiing 🏂and in summer ☀for mountain biking🚴 Guest access You have access to all parts of the accommodation except the 1st closet of the entrance which remains PRIVATE. Please do not try to open it. Other things to note 1 bathroom🚽🚿 after the 1st bedroom, 1 water point in the mezzanine bedroom (1 sink). The 2nd bedroom on the mezzanine is not closed, but the wood allows privacy and does not let all the light from the living room through. 🧼 PLEASE NOTE ❗CLEANING is charged after each rental at the price of €90. However, dishes must be done, and garbage taken out. MUST BE DONE BY YOU BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE. The cleaning supplies are in the hallway closet, please use them. If damage is found, the cost of the cleaning service will be charged to you in addition. you have a closet in the hallway with shelves and hangers, 6 folding stools. 1 raclette machine🧀, 1 electric barbecue, you will also have 1 Tassimo device,☕ 1 coffee maker, 1 microwave, dishes 🍽for 6 people in the kitchen. all necessary bedding is available pillows and duvets, PLEASE BRING YOUR SHEETS, PILLOWCASES AND TOWELS WHICH ARE NOT PROVIDED, IT IS FORBIDDEN TO SLEEP ON THE MATTRESS FOR HYGIENE REASONS. If you want the sheets and towels, please ask me. They are to be paid in cash on the day of your arrival. electricity is extremely expensive, please be careful between heating in all rooms and hot showers. if the daily consumption exceeds €5 an additional bill will be charged at the end of the stay.
