Located in Vendée, 30 minutes from Puy du Fou & Marais Poitevins, 1 hour from the Vendée coast & Nantes, on vacation or business tourism, with family or friends, come and discover our peaceful property where comfort, charm and tranquility mingle. You can bask north of the pool or enjoy the hiking trails. Shops 3 minutes away by car. The space We welcome you all year round in our gîte "Ivie" and in our guest rooms "La Laujère", nestled in the small valley of the Arkanson for 2 to 10 people with 3 bedrooms: 3 beds (2 people), 2 beds (1 person), 2 sofas (1 person). Possibility to add 1 folding crib (baby) + baby equipment (high chair/bathtub). 2 bathrooms with toilet, a kitchen equipped with dining area, parking, terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, heated pool from May to September (depending on the weather). You will find a children's crossbar. Rental from Saturday to Saturday for check-in from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m. Only sheets and cleaning are included in the rental. It is imperative to leave the gîte in good condition, even if cleaning is included. Extra bed (1 person) and folding crib on request (paid service).
