Our cozy apartment comfortably sleeps up to two. You will have access to the comforts of home, including breakfast! Full photo profile and reason for the requested visit! We are waiting for you:) Raoul&Conny The space Our apartment is located on the top floor of a beautiful house of three apartments; it is less than a minute from the lake from which you can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains and lake. The apartment is furnished to our tastes...we are sure you will like it ;) Your room has two single beds that can join to form a double bed and you can use a part of the closet. The bathroom is private while the shower is shared. In the morning, if possible, we will try to wake you up with a great breakfast. Guests have access to the common areas of the apartment and enjoy all the comforts (refrigerator, wifi, television). My partner and I are both teachers, during the week we leave the house around 0730 and return around 1700 (I often even before ;-) ). Weekends and Wednesdays afternoons are free. We both do (!) with French, English, and German, and we'll be happy to recommend trips, restaurants, bars, and share travel experiences. It overlooks Lake Lugano and is well known to tourists to have the "Swissminiatur" and pleasant walks. Its location is central and strategic; there is both the train station and access to the highway. Lugano is 7 minutes, Morcote 5 minutes, Mendrisio 15 minutes. Melide has a nice beach just 100m from our apartment.
