We rent a comfortable apartment with two rooms and separate kitchen and a sunny balcony in a SW location (total 51 sqm) in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Binz on Rügen, distance to the beach and the pier about 600 m. The apartment is located in a small villa quietly right on the edge of the Granitz forest. The apartment is suitable for up to four people. Special features: free Wi-Fi, modern TV with current apps. Car parking space and lockable storage room for bicycles. The space If necessary and upon request, we can offer a crib and/or high chair. The apartment has a ground-level access only via the entrance steps in the front garden, but is located at the rear of the house on the raised ground floor with a beautiful view from the balcony into the garden. At the house there is a bicycle building. Guest access There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement that can be used for a fee. Other things to note Bed and bath linens can be booked with our on-site service. It is not included in the price. The municipality of Binz charges a tourist tax as a health resort.
