Pispolo is a ground floor apartment with large dining room with kitchen and sitting corner, a nice double bedroom and a large bathroom with open shower. In the garden just in front of Pispolo there are garden chairs and table to have breakfast and dinner outdoor, there is a wonderful pool (fenced, for the safety of your children) and a large park with hammocks. Our position is central, so you can reach Lucca, Pisa and Florence (not to mention other less known villages in under one hour drive! The space Pispolo is on the ground floor and without steps! It has a large lounge with classic Italian style wooden kitchen with wall and base cupboards, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils: cutlery and crockery, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, four burner gas hob, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, moka pot and a separate fridge with freezer section; dining table; sitting corner with an armchair and a sofa; a large double bedroom; bathroom with shower. In the large garden there are table and chairs to dine and relax alfresco and this apartment in particular has a very nice part of the garden just on its front. A communal laundry machine is available for our guests included in the price, plus iron, ironing board, clothes basket and drying rack with clothes pegs in the apartment. In the bathroom there are an hair dryer and an hair strengthener. Unlimited Wi-Fi connection included! Enjoy our fantastic pool with a parasol, 2 chairs and a beach bed per unit. Communal BBQ available! Lovely restaurant pizzeria at walking distance (600 meters) and cosy cafè bakery at 1,2 kms, with fresh bread everyday, also on Sundays! In Fucecchio there are supermarkets and all kinds of shops. It's necessary to have a car. Both the San Miniato exit of Firenze Pisa Livorno freeway, and the Altopascio exit of motorway A11 Firenze-Mare are about at 12 minutes travel. This and the convenience of having the easily accessible train station of Empoli (29 minutes to go in Florence) make the holidays at La Scuola Holiday Home a good combination of relaxation and sightseeing. Lucca is a little over 20 minutes by car. For your children, in addition to the beautiful pool, there is a brand new playground that complies with the European safety standards. Guest access Guests at La Scuola di Furio Holiday Home have full access to the park, to the pool (pool rules apply), to the BBQ area, to the parking. The only exception is the garden area just outside Villa Maura that is reserved to the guests staying in Villa Maura.
