Central, historic, green, very central. Bright room with private balcony, view of the countryside. A double bed and a super good sofa bed are waiting for you. On the ground floor there is a small kitchen, which may be used, with a cozy small balcony. The large eat-in kitchen and dining room is on the 2nd floor. The bathroom is shared with me, but I still have my own bathroom. On the 2nd floor is an additional bathroom. The house has a total of 3 bathrooms. You are welcome to move freely on all floors. The space Our house is located in the middle of tourist destinations, but is still quiet and secluded. From the train station to Neroberg, bus line 1 goes continuously towards Neroberg to the destination, which takes about 1/2 hour. A 10-minute walk past the legendary Greek chapel with its green, shiny gold domes, and you are right in the forest. There is one of the most beautiful baths in Germany, the Opelbad. Five minutes further is the climbing forest - an experience! The Nerobergbahn takes you up or down. You can walk to the city, which takes about 20 minutes, along an elegant shopping street with many restaurants and antique shops. There is a beautiful Art Nouveau sauna, the Kaiser-Friedrich-Therme. A REWE is 10 minutes away. The old town and spa house can be reached in 30 minutes, as well as the Art Nouveau cinema Calligari with selected good films. Guest access The house has four floors and is only inhabited by the guests and us. The whole world gathers here. We are open and hospitable, although very busy. On two days I am invisible - at school to teach, on the weekends often on the road to marry wedding couples. You can move freely in the house, use the three bathrooms, feel comfortable in the kitchen and dining lounge, and enjoy the magnificent views of the vineyards and the park. The room is offered without breakfast. Coffee, tea, milk, almond milk and cereal are available at any time - there is a coffee box on the windowsill ;) During your stay If there's anything I can help you with, I'll be happy to do so within my means. Spontaneous meals often arise, usually there is also something delicious to eat, preferably soups and salads. I am currently renting out two rooms. Other things to note The only "disadvantage" here in the old house is the water flow. It lacks a bit of pressure ): but water flows, both warm and cold.
