Grenville - Stunning Seaside Cottage with Hot Tub

This wonderful three bedroom end terraced cottage boasts an enviable position overlooking the sea. Located almost at the end of the pretty little village of Portwrinkle, the cottage lies a stone throw away from the coastal wall, with a panoramic view of the ocean from its terrace the stresses of everyday life just fade away, and visitors are happy just to soak up the sea air and laid back way of life. The space One of our Coastguard cottages, Grenville is the first terraced house counting from the left at the very bottom of Finnygook lane. Entrance to this rustic, old fashioned and charming cottage is gained via the back door, on the side of the property, just off the road and accessed with a key found in the key minder box next to the back door. There is parking for 1 car, and this is located outside the garages alongside the cottages. Extra paid parking is available. Please enquire. The Back door is just off the side street where you enter into the large, bright kitchen which includes an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and free standing fridge/freezer as well as all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans that you may need during your stay. There is a little private courtyard, where a washing line is provided, adjacent to the kitchen. To the left of the kitchen, is the bathroom which has a wash basin, bath, overbath shower, and toilet. Down the hall and to the left is the 3rd bedroom with bunk bed and window showing out to the courtyard which fills the room with lovely light. To the right is the utility cupboard with room for coats and extra luggage, as well as housing the hoover, broom and mop. The hall opens into the living room which has two comfy sofas a large coffee table, with a few books and board games, LED satellite TV and freeview box. There is also a log burner in this area to help keep the cold at bay on chillier evenings. Kindling, 1 bundle of wood and a lighter is provided on your arrival (Seasonal). The spacious open plan living room and conservatory offer stunning sea views. The dining table, with comfortable seating for 6 is also found here making it an ideal setting for your breakfast, lunch and dinner. To the right, in the conservatory you will find a large storage cupboard that houses the washer/dryer machine and clothes drying rack. Outside on the patio you will find the Hot Tub and the built in BBQ, looking out onto a garden with extra table and seating and the magnificent sea view. The garden is secured with a bottom gate. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a twin room with a view on to the lane next to the cottage and a master bedroom with panoramic ocean view. Guest access The guest have access to the lawn garden, terrace, private hot tub and BBQ via the conservatory or by the gate at the bottom of the garden. The access to the property is via the main entrance which is located around the back of the property. Where the guests will find a key minder. Guests have the opportunity to book in to our spa facilities, the spa is open for private bookings only, guests simply call the office to book in a time slot or book online directly through our website. Spa Facilities include - Steam room, Sauna, Tropical and Storm showers Available Monday to Saturday between 3pm and 8:00pm (Last hour slot is 7:00pm) Booking your time slot guarantees your private access for that time.
