Owners for 5 years now of this property located at the entrance to Beuvron-en-Auge, a village recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in France, nestled in the marshes of the Dives and with the typical architecture of the Normandy region (timber-framed buildings and half-timbered houses); "La Ferme aux Perdrix" is pleased to present its 2 cottages "La Grange" and "Le Pressoir". Old and traditional houses. The space This Le Pressoir cottage has an area of 168 m2 with 1 floor: - on the ground floor: a veranda with billiards/sofas/television/dining table and pellet stove; a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine), another dining room with sofa/television, a bathroom with closed walk-in shower/toilet/washing machine; a bedroom with a separate toilet. - 1st floor: a separate bedroom and a mezzanine room with 2 beds (open room, no door). The cottages are separated by a 4-year-old hedge and have a separate parking/terrace without visibility and are well equipped: kitchen with complete utensils, baby equipment (baby bed, umbrella bed, changing table, baby dishes, baby chair), new bedding (firm and comfortable - Bultex), duvet and pillow (natural filling). Other things to note Weekly, fortnightly, 3-week rental (possibility of staying 5 nights with arrival/departure on Saturday, Sunday and departure on Friday) all year round. Please note that I work from Monday to Thursday, I cannot accept arrivals or departures on these 4 days. For the end-of-stay cleaning, we ask you for a so-called daily cleaning (bathroom: clean double wall + sink; kitchen: clean dishes, microwave, fridge and countertop and for all rooms to vacuum. Otherwise, we offer a cleaning package for 50 euros (except for the weekend included in the rate)
