The bright, spacious and self-contained apartment is about 140 square meters. It consists of two double rooms, three single rooms, a hallway, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen. Bed linen and towels are included. From 4/1/23 there is a bed tax in Leipzig. It is 5% of the guest's payment amount. This is collected in cash when the key is handed over. The space The bright, spacious and self-contained apartment is about 140 square meters. It consists of two double rooms, three single rooms, hallway, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen. The apartment is completely newly painted and stylishly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. In addition, there are sufficient dishes, glasses, pots and cutlery available. Coffee, tea, bed linen and towels are included. The accommodation is part of a converted house, i.e. the hallway is not freshly painted, but the retro chandeliers are hanging :-). The house facade is not renovated. The double rooms and a single room are located on the street side, i.e. tram noises can be heard. Two single rooms are on the courtyard side and therefore very quiet.
