It features: a cozy seating area/dinette with kitchen block (+ fridge & hob), tv, WiFi, central heating, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a separate bedroom with double bed. Relaxing or active, enjoy the peaceful & natural surroundings or a drink or extensive dinner at the HOGE LOO. “The outdoors is enjoyment!” Warm regards, Emma & family The space IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE CHECKOUT - Kraneven Estate is a small-scale park with wooden accommodations. So there are other (like-minded) guests in the park, but peace and privacy always prevail. It is a family business so the lines are short and we strive at all times for your stay to be desired. - The cottage must be cleaned yourself upon departure. In this way we can keep the price low, even in high season. Vacuum cleaner/mop and accessories are provided. If you want it cleaned by us, you can book it for €25.00. We don't work with a deposit, so we use this system based on good faith. -You should bring your own single duvet cover (s), fitted sheet(s) and pillowcase/pillowcases. As well as towels. You can book a linen package for an additional fee (€15.00 per person). Please let us know when you book. This package contains bed linen for the double bed and towels for the number of people of your booking, plus a bath mat for the bathroom. - You can check in from 14:00. If you would like to come earlier, please contact us if this is possible. On the day of departure, please leave the cottage before 10 a.m. Have you chosen to clean yourself on departure? Then 10.30 am check-out is also allowed. - So it's a tiny house. All necessary amenities are provided, but it is a compact cottage of +/- 25 m2. - Enjoy longer on the day of departure? Provided there are no next guests arriving that day, you can book for €25.00 late check-out and you can still use the cottage and all facilities such as the swimming pool (Pentecost to summer holidays) - An extra bed can be made of the dinette (1.40 x 1.80) for 1 or max 2 (small) children. No duvet/pillow/bed linen is available for this. You have to take care of this yourself if you want to take advantage of it. Please note: this bed is located in the living area - Pets are not allowed and smoking inside the cottage is prohibited - Unfortunately, personal belongings are regularly forgotten. Always check the cottage carefully upon departure. If we have to pay you something, we will charge 5 euros for + the shipping costs. CAUTION: See also our other listings! Bedroom Double bed with separate mattresses (80x200) + duvet + pillow (bedding not included as standard, see information above) Kitchenette Pepper and salt, liquid vegetable baking butter, fridge, hob, no large oven but a small mini oven for baked rolls, coffee maker (you don't have to bring filters), kettle, trash can, dish rack, dishwashing dish, oven mitts Cutting boards, colander, cooking and baking pans, bowls, plates and bowls, mugs and drinking glasses, a complete cutlery drawer, etc. If you are looking for something, feel free to inform us. Guest access You will have access to the whole cottage and the adjacent lawn. You can use the communal swimming pool in the summer when the weather is nice and there is an accessible playground. The park is closed at night by means of a gate. Between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m., you can access the park using the access pass in the information folder (from the premises or always possible). Other things to note You will feel at home at Landgoed Kraneven! In a quiet park we have two cute log cabins available for short or longer holidays. Fully equipped with private shower and toilet. You can enjoy singing birds and rustling trees on a quiet lawn. Sometimes you even have this lawn all to yourself! For the little ones there is a playground and an outdoor pool for all ages opened on sunny days IN SUMMER. There is no reception / entertainment or other facilities such as breakfast service. So you usually have to enjoy yourself :-) In the area there are many opportunities for walking and cycling to enjoy the beautiful nature of Brabant even more. Do you have children? There are nice zoos nearby (Zooparc Overloon, Dierenrijk) and the themepark 'Toverland' is a 25-minute drive away. The cozy village of Asten is 4 km away and has numerous supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Also the villages Deurne en Someren offer these facilities. For more shopping entertainment or other entertainment such as museums and cinemas you can go to Helmond or Eindhoven. The log cabin has a sitting area with kitchen unit (+ fridge & gas hob), bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate bedroom with a double bed with two separate mattresses 80x200 and is therefore particularly suitable for 2 persons. The dinette (sitting area) can be converted into a small bed (1.40 x 1.80) for extra sleeping space (not recommended for (large) adults). Are you with more people? You can rent both cabins or ask about the possibilities to rent a campsite next to the cabin. There is no duvet / pillow / bed linen for this. You must take care of this yourself if you want to use it. If you are missing something, feel free to inform us. You have access to the entire house and the adjacent lawn. When the weather is good you can use the communal pool and there is a playground. The park is closed at night by an automatic gate. If you expect to have to enter the park between 21:00 and 07:00, there is an access card available (you can always leave the site). You can always contact me by telephone during your stay or via the Airbnb app. The answering machine is on between 18:00 and 09:00 and on sundays, then press button 1 in case of urgency or other matters that cannot wait until the next day.
