Montreal: "L'Aude à la Joie" Fully equipped gite

Ideally located between Carcassonne and its city, Castelnaudary, the capital of Cassoulet, and Mirepoix, a beautiful medieval city, the 60 m2 gite is located on the ground floor of my house, a 5-minute walk from the center of Montréal. An ideal base from which to discover the many riches of our region. The space the accommodation includes: - A large kitchen with a dining area - A living room with living/dining room - An alcove with a 140 cm bed. - A bathroom with bathtub equipped with a shower screen. In the living room a sofa bed can accommodate 2 children or 1 adult. The cottage has a separate entrance and a 50 m2 garden with garden furniture, parasol, Chilean and barbecue. The kitchen is large and bright and you will find all the necessary equipment to cook something to enjoy with local products. I provide you with a baby bed on request. Guest access A 5-minute walk away you will find all the shops you will need in downtown Montreal: Bakery, butcher shop, grocery store, pharmacy, tobacco shop, everything is there. No need to take the car all the time! Other things to note I have prepared a small welcome booklet for you with a lot of practical information but also ideas for walks, discoveries, visits. You will find it at your disposal in the gîte.
