Our cottage is ideal for a weekend in the countryside between 1 and 6 people. It is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and has 2 terraces, barbecue, bicycle, deckchairs and garden furniture. It is located in the heart of a troglodyte village which allows walks or cycling. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and all the land because the property is enclosed by walls all around and closed by a locked gate. You will be able to park your vehicle in the property safely. Other things to note The region is not very well known because it is located between the châteaux of the Loire, the Touraine, the Anjou, the Perche and the Sarthe, and yet it is full of wonderful and interesting sites like the commandery of the Templars of Arville, the troglodyte villages, the medieval frescoes of the churches, the castle of Courtanvaux, the village of Lavardin which is one of the most beautiful villages in France, the manor of the Possonniere which is the birthplace of Ronsard, the small tourist train of the Loir valley, the winegrowers of the region and their wine rides... For gourmets, full of gourmet restaurants and also goat cheeses, cakes like the holy tear or the marshal's stick...
