Our cottage is ideal for a weekend in the countryside for 1 to 6 people. It is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and has 2 terraces, barbecue, bicycle, deckchairs and garden furniture. It is located in the heart of a troglodyte village which allows walking or cycling. The space Our gîte is 115 m2 for 1 to 6 people, with a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor as well as a living room and a troglodyte bedroom. And upstairs: a second bedroom with a large bathroom and toilet. A sofa bed in the living room allows 4 people to come. In the living room: TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, board games and free WIFI. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and the whole lot because the property is enclosed by walls all around and closed by a locked gate. You will be able to park your vehicle on the property safely. Other things to note The region is not very well known because it is located between the castles of the Loire, Touraine, Anjou, Perche and Sarthe, and yet it is full of wonderful and interesting sites such as the Commandery of the Templars of Arville, the troglodyte villages, the medieval frescoes of the churches, the Château de Courtanvaux, the village of Lavardin which is one of the most beautiful villages in France, the manor of the Possonniere which is the birthplace of Ronsard, the little tourist train of the Loir Valley, the winegrowers of the region and their winegrower walks... For gourmets, plenty of gourmet restaurants and also goat cheeses, cakes such as the Sainte Larme or the bâton de maréchal...
