We are located in the green hills of Pistoia, 12 km from the city and 8 km from the Zoological Garden, with which we have an agreement. The area is scenic and quiet, ideal for relaxation and walks. On the ground floor of the building, we run a small catering business. We have a kitchen and a small room where we prepare and serve meals for the family and for customers. On the first and second floors, there are our rooms and those of the guests. The space The rooms have private bathrooms, TV, telephone, and free Wi-Fi. It's all in the building: if you have forgotten something at home or you suddenly get hungry we have the grocery store, if you are a smoker we have tobacco, for an aperitif, a coffee or a digestive there is the bar and if you want to have lunch or dinner we can let you taste our Tuscan specialties. Guest access You can use our private parking, enclosed space for motorcycles and bicycles During your stay Living in the property, we are available for any request, always respecting your privacy. If you wish, we can give you advice on how to organize your excursions in our area, and we have several discounts for the major attractions nearby. Other things to note For stays longer than a week, we apply the discount, but the treatment is residence-type, not hotel (cleaning, change of bed linen and towels every 4 days).
