Textile House - Luxury Apartment

My place is close to restaurants, bookshops, artists in residence, music festivals and quaint narrow streets in Montolieu, the Village of Books and Graphic Arts. We are 17 km from Carcassonne with its two UNESCO World Heritage Sites and just 1 hour from Narbonne plage on the Mediterranean. You’ll love my place because of the location, the warm ambiance, and the relaxed atmosphere. My place is good for couples, business and conference travelers, families (with kids), and groups of friends. The space A complete apartment awaits you located on the first floor and accessed via its own door. There are three bedroom suites each with its own en-suite bathroom all newly completed as part of the renovations of the whole house undertaken during the Summer of 2016. There are in addition 2 sofa beds so the apartment can cater for up to 8 people or be booked room by room. The minimum stay is 3 nights on a self-catering basis for any booking, though breakfast can be added at an extra cost. Guest access As you ascend the stairs from the entrance hall, sunlight floods into the library dining room and the adjacent kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave for your use. There is also a washing machine and condensing dryer. The sitting room has several seating areas and a mini office with computer and printer for your use. There is also a smaller dining table and games area. Each bedroom has a seating area, desk and closet/armoire with the Silk and Linen rooms overlooking the small river Dure flowing gently past the building. Each bedroom also has a remote controlled ceiling fan, as does the sitting room, though being a stone building the rooms remain at a pleasant temperature in the warmest of Summers. Other things to note We do have a cat called Gussie who may roam around. If this is a problem for you we will ensure he stays in our part of the house. We are non smoking in the house, though a garden area adjacent to the river is available for your use.
