Villa in the quiet residential countryside of Pietrasanta, 5 minutes from the sea and the city center. Recently renovated, it boasts a terrace, large equipped garden and 2 reserved parking spaces closed by a gate. The Villa consists of three double bedrooms with private bathroom (access from the bedroom), large kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, table and a living room with tables, sofa and fireplace. Guests will have 6 adult-height bikes at their disposal during the summer. The space In the three double bedrooms, there is independent hot/cold air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, roller shutter, small desk and in each one a private bathroom with shower stall. The hot/cold air conditioning system is present both in the bedrooms and in the living room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Bed linen and towels will be provided with a weekly change, either independently or at the request of the staff. - Air conditioning/Electric heating and water utilities included. - If you wish to use gas heating (radiators), a consumption fee of 2.50 euros per Smc will be applied by meter reading. We also provide a washing machine located outside the house. Other things to note The property consists of Villa La Mimosa and the two-room apartment Betulla, shared there will only be parking where each structure has its own reserved parking. All guests, including minors, must be present at check-in and show their passport or a valid ID in physical and original form Minors unaccompanied by a parent will only be able to stay if accompanied by an adult who stays with them and who present at check-in the authorization sheet for minors signed by the parents with a copy of the document of the minor's parents. By bike we will take about 10 minutes to get to the center of Pietrasanta, about 15 minutes to the famous Versiliana full of events and the beach, about 30 minutes to get to the center of Forte dei Marmi. In addition, our cyclist connects the entire coastline (up to Viareggio and also Torre del Lago) also the most famous Versiliesi nightclubs on the coast and inland: in short, the bike is really a convenient vehicle to replace the car. But don't worry, even by car we have many parking lots: the establishments all have private parking while for the free beach we find a large paid parking lot in front of the entrance or free on the streets parallel to the Lungo mare, for the center of Pietrasanta the convenient and free parking of the train station will allow you to leave your car for free a few meters from the entrance of the historic center. Thanks to its proximity to both the Central Station and the motorway toll booth, you can visit places and events a little further away in comfort: Viareggio Carnival (February ), Lucca Comics and Games (30 min drive / 1 hour by train, end of October), Natural Park of San Rossore Pisa (30 min car), Le Cinque Terre and La Spezia (1 hour), Carrara Marble quarries (20 min highway) and much more.
