'Una casa speciale' is literally a special place. Room is big and is an open space with a double bed on the first floor and a mezzanine with two single bed. Kitchen, veranda and dining room are common spaces(mostly with me and sometimes with who rent the room next to the ground floor for children parties or dance classes..).You will probably be alone most of the times but if you don't enjoy meeting people this is not the place for you!we have 'La casa dei nonni' for that on airbnb! The space The room is spacious, with a fireplace, a dining table, one bathroom on the first floor and a television on the last floor. This space will be just yours. Kitchen and veranda will be a common space you might be alone in but you might share with mostly me and my family, and sometimes people renting the next room for some event. By night this will be less likely to happen 'cause we do not rent it for parties by night! 'Una casa speciale' is a unique house, a unique place in generale. Used to be a cultural Association, used as a restaurant, and many others activities. Because of its history the house is composed of many spaces, a kitchen with professional burners, many tables around you could have the largest dinner ever, etc. We are doing our best to make this place as GREEN AND ECOLOGICAL as possible: we have SOLAR PANELS, solar hot water and we try to heat up thee whole house with wood coming from our woods across the street( where you can go to take a walk, with your dog, or to have a tennis game or a football game anytime you want!) so if you won't use methane coming from Russia but wood i chopped myself I'll be thankful!! This place is a little lab, with new people, classes, ideas, all the time! Because of that sometimes 'una casa speciale' might be, in the common areas only, a bit messy. But this is a choice, the choice to make our best to make it as good as possible and more, but the choice to prefer people to tidiness, prefer sharing to rigor. We love our planet and we love our humans! Most of the time the house will be just yours. You have sheets and towels, basic food - coffee, pasta, riso, cookies - are always there. Fridge is for you to use, whatever you find inside it's because that's my fridge too. But you can take everything you want! I won't touch your stuff but you can take mine ! 11 minutes walking to the centre, going through parco Moretti! You have bikes you can use, six actually so you have choice!! Across the street a private park you can bring your kids, take a walk yourself, take your dogs, or have a tennis match - we have RACKETS AND TENNIS BALLS ! - or a football match!
