Charming rustic villa with a fabulous garden

Ideal for disconnecting from the big city. The house was built in the 60s, it has a strong Sierra character, built in the local stone, granite. The garden is a true paradise, with an organically shaped pool nestled in the rock, and different resting environments. The space Description of the space: The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room, an attached living-dining room, both with fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Going up some granite stairs you access the first floor, with four bedrooms (two double and two single) and a full bathroom. The jewel of the estate is undoubtedly the garden, huge, lush and magical, with a wide variety of local plants and trees, ... and flowers! Winding along roads, it's easy to get lost. We have created different recreational and rest spaces perfectly integrated into nature: the pool is nestled in the granite rock, granite furniture and forging in studied enclaves. At the bottom of the garden there is a garage. There are different booths in the garden, for pool furniture, hammocks, firewood... The location is perfect for mountain walks. Guest access Guests can enjoy both the house and the garden in its entirety. -Except for specific places that can be determined at any time, all areas are available to guests. Other things to note Check-in is usually autonomous, unless we are in the villa, in which case we will be happy to welcome our guests. Parties and events are strictly forbidden. Out of respect for the neighbors, noise will not be allowed after 10 pm. Pets are allowed, but owners will have to clean up the droppings in the garden. House Rules: Before leaving the property, guests will collect and take their trash to the municipal containers. An extra 25 euros will be paid if this is not done. Windows and shutters will be closed and check that all lights are off. An extra 25 euros will be paid if pet droppings are left in the garden.
