Charming studio on the water!

Charming renovated studio in old stone fisherman's house. The apartment is located in the heart of Port La Houle Cancale, close to all shops, restaurants, and tourist sites and 30 seconds from the sea. This charming studio is composed of a kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, ...), a bedroom area with double bed, a living area with a sofa and a small coffee table. Other things to note Our accommodation is perfect for couples (+ 1 baby ok), solo travelers and business travelers. We also provide an umbrella bed and a high chair for your baby. Bed linen and towels are included. We also provide free internet connection. We will be delighted to welcome you for a few nights or weeks! Do not hesitate to ask us for more information! We speak fluent English and we would be more than happy to help you throughout your stay. Parking is available free of charge (see the free nearby parking map). We chose not to charge you compulsory cleaning fee. This way you have the choice to do it yourself or to ask for the "cleaning option" at 17€.
