OUR WINE CELLAR Mazzini 31 has an exclusive wine cellar of 200 bottles in a medieval underground cave for our guests to purchase and enjoy. The wines are mostly a selection of local and unique producers in a large range of prices and varieties. Feel free to browse our cellar and drink as you like and we will charge you according to menu’ prices provided. PERSONAL DRIVER AND TOURS Cars and minivans can be scheduled in advance if you need to be picked up at a train station or airport, We can organize private tours to any destination for a single day or for the entire week so you can explore in the most comfortable way wineries & vineyards, hamlets, castles and more. Ask us about details and charges! Guest will have access to everything in the house except for 1 storage closet. A reminder that pool heat is included from May 1st to September 30th and charged extra for the rest of the year. Our manager will assist you with anything you need for your stay and help you make reservations, a cook for any meals of the day, cooking classes, private massages, etc... The house is in the heart of a very charming medieval hill town of Tuscany and benefits form the town life but is totally private and open to a beautiful valley farmed with vineyards, olive groves, fields of corn and hay. Quintessential Tuscany and Umbria! A car is recommended to explore the area around which includes the beautiful towns and cities of Perugia, Montepulciano, Todi, Orvieto, Pienza, Assisi. We can also provide you wit ha driver for the week or for any part of your stay. The rates listed are for 6 people occupancy in 3 bedrooms. 2 more guests are accepted for $60 per day per person (twin beds).
