Red Hawk Retreat is your year-round base camp for the endless adventures that the Wet Mountain Valley offers. Spend your sunny days exploring, hiking, or mountain biking. Enjoy your evenings resting and relaxing while taking in the amazing views of the Sangre De Cristo Mountain range from the patio (or from bed.) When the sun goes down, the night sky entertains with unparalleled views of the Milkyway. The space Experience our clean, thoughtfully designed one bedroom home that features one and a half baths. The minimalistic modern feel is luxurious yet inviting. Our 900 square foot home is perfect for 2 guests with additional sleeping area in living room on the couch bed. While the living room is not a private room the half bath is easily accessed. The home utilizes passive solar to heat during the winter (electric backup) and is cooled by a new air conditioner in the summer. Utilize the ample parking with privacy fencing to store your bikes or kayaks while exploring the local shops, watering holes, and restaurants. Get acclimated to the 8000 ft altitude on the Park to Park Trail. Take a stroll or ride your bike, either way access is just out the front door. Guest access Guests have access to entire home. Other things to note Red Hawk Retreat is proud to have obtained the first Short Term Rental Certificate with the Town of Silver Cliff. This unit is in full compliance with all Municipal Code requirements. Due to my allergies, I am unable to host any animals Bluetooth speaker and binoculars are available for guest use
