While the living room is not a private room the half bath is easily accessed. The home utilizes passive solar to heat during the winter (electric backup) and is cooled by a new air conditioner in the summer. Utilize the ample parking with privacy fencing to store your bikes or kayaks while exploring the local shops, watering holes, and restaurants. Get acclimated to the 8000 ft altitude on the Park to Park Trail. Take a stroll or ride your bike, either way access is just out the front door. Guests have access to entire home.
