A kitchen, and a dining table for 8/10 people. There is a bathroom with washing machine. On the first floor there is a main double bedroom, a second one with three single beds and a bathroom. All rooms have large terraces. The third floor (attic) has two more single-beds. The large garden with outstanding view on the Mont Blanc massif and the surrounding forest will make your stay unique. Other things to note Guests can reach the chalet with their cars right to the entrance only at arrival and departure, by taking a 200 meters off-road (if necessary we will provide a car to carry luggages). During your stay, you will leave your car in a parking lot just 200 meters away. TOURIST TAX The Region of Valle d’Aosta, with Regional Law No. 10/2023, has decided to impose a tourist tax on short-term rentals starting from May 1st, 2024. The tax is €2.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of seven consecutive days. From the eighth day onward, it is exonerated. The following are exonerated from the tourist tax: • Minors under 15 years of age; • Individuals registered in the resident registry of the municipalities in the Valle d'Aosta; • People with disabilities as per current legislation.
