Our position allows a large number of walks to the Fontainebleau forest heart of the French Gâtinais regional park in Seine et Marne, Provins medieval city, Troyes, Joigny, Chablis, Auxerre... 📍🏰🌲🍇 The space Our garden and outdoor areas are at your disposal, both for lazing and for playing a dart. The house has a flowered garden where sunbeds are at your disposal. We also share our heated family pool from mid May to October. We are a guest house, we live on site. 🏡 In order to fully enjoy your stay, we offer a table d 'hôtes and aperitif boards, as well as a multitude of small +. 🍽️ The common areas are on the ground floor of the main house with a very nice large living room. It consists of living room, dining room, our kitchen, vintage Hifi space and vinyl. You can take advantage of the fireplace in the winter season. The rooms, spacious, have been carefully renovated and decorated. Comfortable and bright, it feels like a home. All bedding is new and of high quality. The bed and breakfasts have been set up on the ground floor of the outbuilding. Free enclosed car and motorcycle parking inside the property. Free parking spaces in the village. We ask our guests to remove their shoes before entering the rooms. Accessible in a room separate from the guest rooms, the Studio has two rooms. A "relaxation" area where we offer a hot tub in an intimate and relaxing atmosphere for an extra charge A place dedicated to well-being, you can relax there with music thanks to the jacuzzi's Bluetooth. The water is treated by the action of Bromine (active without chlorine) and heated to 36°C. We share our private wellness area and provide our guests with bathrobes for the spa.
