Charming apartment in central Halmstad

The accommodation is a separate apartment in a charming villa from the late 1800s that is located in the middle between the city center and a beautiful natural area. It is a bright and spacious apartment of 70 sqm that has a large fresh bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The living room is an open floor plan that is connected to a large fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is a private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The space There is one bedroom with a continental double bed (180 cm wide), as well as an extra bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed (140 cm wide). You'll even have access to a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue, the rest of the garden belongs to the larger apartment in the villa where the hosts live. The apartment is in a quiet residential area in the middle of the city center and a beautiful natural area, which means that you are close to both parts. It is only a 5-minute walk to central Halmstad where there is access to shops, restaurants and parks and a 2-minute walk from the apartment you are up in the beautiful nature area Galgberget with running tracks, hiking trails and barbecue areas. There is also a nice playground for the children as well as the open-air museum Hallandsgården, which has a cozy café. If you want to go to the beach, it is about 15 minutes' drive to the beautiful beaches Tylösand and Frösakull. If you have a car, there is parking on the streets outside the apartment for a cost of SEK 8/hour. Supermarket and shopping are 10 minutes' drive to both the east. Please bring your own towels and bedsheets. But if you wish, you can rent them for SEK 100/person. We need to agree on this one week before check-in. The guest cleans up after themselves and we will provide cleaning equipment. Please leave the house as it was when you arrived. However, if you do not want to clean yourself before check-out, it is optional for you to buy cleaning for a fee of SEK 1,200. This must be notified no later than one week before check-in.
