The space Step inside to a light and spacious living area with large doors that open to a long panoramic balcony with stunning sea views. You'll enjoy all-day sun and a comfortable atmosphere perfect for relaxation or productivity. The living area features a smart TV, sound bar, cable TV, and a cozy couch with a sliding chaise lounge for ultimate comfort. The dining table for six completes the space, making it perfect for enjoying meals or working remotely while enjoying the beautiful views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make lovely meals as if you were at home, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooker, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and more. The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a balcony facing south with a stunning sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be placed together as a double bed, a wardrobe, and a balcony with a sea view. The third bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a balcony with a view of the sea and the complex's pool. We also offer an underground garage box with a surf rack where you can store your surfboards, wetsuits, and bicycles. This secure storage space ensures that your equipment is safe and easily accessible. Please let us know if you require this space so we can make arrangements for you. We understand that traveling with young children can be challenging, so we're happy to provide a baby travel cot and high chair upon request. Please let us know if you require these items so we can have them ready for your arrival. Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor and the building does not have a lift. Guests will need to climb one flight of stairs to access the apartment. However, the stunning views and comfortable amenities are well worth the short climb. Guest access You'll have the entire apartment to yourself - so you can kick back, relax, and make yourself at home. Other things to note If you arrive early and the apartment is available, we may be able to accommodate an early check-in. However, this is subject to the availability of the apartment and the previous guest's departure time. If you would like to request an early check-in, please let us know in advance so we can check the availability for you. Additionally, as mentioned before, if you anticipate arriving after our standard check-in time, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for you. Depending on the availability of our hosts, late check-in may be self-check-in. Finally, if you need a little extra time to check out, we offer a late check-out option for an additional fee, if it is possible. Please check with us in advance to see if a late check-out is available for your stay. We provide you with two sets of keys, so please be sure not to lose them. If you do happen to lose them, we'll need to charge you 50 euros per set. Water: Please help us conserve water by being mindful of your usage. Portugal can experience droughts, so we ask that you take short showers and turn off the water while brushing your teeth. Electricity: We ask that you use electricity responsibly during your stay. Please turn off the lights, heaters, and any other electronics when you're not in the apartment. We appreciate your cooperation in conserving resources and ensuring a sustainable stay.
